What would you be working on daily?

  • Managing day-to-day operational activities and establishing steady processes within the project,
  • Controlling project resource and load balance with the Account Manager,
  • Project performance reporting,
  • Ensuring effective and unbiased communication,
  • Risk, Schedule, and Scope management activities with the project team,
  • Closely managing Client expectations,
  • Coordination and scheduling work for development teams, including meetings with stakeholders, managing priorities, raising issues, and reporting delays,
  • Creating and maintaining project management documentation and revising it as appropriate.

You’re a great match if you:

  • Speak fluent English (C1),
  • Have at least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in the IT or E-commerce industry,
  • Have experience in delivering large scale web solutions,
  • Understand the importance of digital experience, and you have product-focused mindset,
  • Know how to manage remote teams and drive client's expectations,
  • Are very client-oriented, and can take ownership of the projects in core areas of focus,
  • Made Agile your best friend, and Jira hides no secrets from you,
  • Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills,
  • Simply work better in the team than as a lonely wolf, and take care of your crew. :)

HR call

Selected candidates will receive an invitation to meet our Recruiter. The aim of this call is to gather additional information about your experience and qualifications. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the company and the job. Now the process is at the speed of a rocket hurtling towards the stars.


Technical interview 

For candidates who successfully complete the HR call part, the technical interview is where we truly delve into the core of your expertise. We assess your ability to navigate complex challenges in your field. We will be checking if you’re the one who can steer our company toward new horizons!
