Our company is growing and we’re looking for an Account Manager that has a passion for working with clients.


In this role, you'll work closely with one of the co-founders in a flat organizational structure, offering a unique chance to accelerate your career. We're seeking a candidate eager to grow alongside the company, embodying a client-focused mindset and attitude.


We're looking for an Account Manager with 3 years of commercial experience in a similar role in an IT services or a consulting company.


What would you be working on daily?



Maintaining relationships with clients: You will be responsible for the relationships with the portfolio of our current clients.

Goal: Deepening relationships and expanding sales opportunities, actively working on new case studies and client referrals


Identify upsells and new projects from existing client base: You will be responsible for opening new divisions and departments within existing clients.

Goal: Generating revenue from existing client base.


Acquiring new clients: Together with the marketing team, you will conduct activities and build relationships with potential clients. We expect active networking, participation in conferences, and establishing contacts with key market players. Your own network is important.

Goal: Acquisition of new clients.


Building processes: Your task will be to develop and optimize sales and account management processes at Blazity.

You’re a great match if you:


  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT services or consulting.
  • Proficient in engaging with senior-level executives (VP, CxO) and international clientele, especially in the USA and Europe.
  • Excellent command of English (minimum C1 level).
  • Solid understanding of web development principles and industry-specific terminology.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a knack for identifying solutions and opportunities.
  • Very strong presentation skills, both verbally and through PowerPoint.
  • Versatility in adjusting to the diverse needs of clients and teams.
  • Proficient in CRM software, ideally HubSpot.

For candidates who successfully complete the HR call part, the technical interview is where we truly delve into the core of your expertise. We assess your ability to navigate complex challenges in your field. We will be checking if you’re the one who can steer our company toward new horizons!
